About the role
We seek a Talent
Acquisition Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end Talent
Acquisition and Recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for talent mapping, employer positioning, sourcing, identifying, recruiting,
and onboarding talented candidates for various positions within the
organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment team to
build, manage, and maintain relationships with candidates while collaborating
with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and work towards closing
the talent gaps.
Recruitment & Selection
and implement a thorough strategic plan for achieving all recruitment and
hiring goals using data to inform decision-making.
up the processes and systems that enable efficient hiring for each role.
pre-existing (and develop new) selection tools to ensure alignment between how
we hire and what’s needed for each role.
a portfolio of open positions across the organization.
with hiring managers to design and execute a year-long hiring plan.
other team members to fulfill each step of the process.
and implement innovative ways to attract and source top talent to the
awareness about SunCulture and the career opportunities available.
strong relationships with stakeholders and establish partnerships to expand
all ATS and Recruitment tools and propose better ways to enhance efficiency
an updated Recruitment tracker and input it with all the requisite data.
that all job descriptions, interview trackers, and interview tools such as
performance tasks are updated, maintained, and stored in the relevant team
with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation;
anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising
management on needed actions.
job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading
professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in
a Recruiting Team to meet the recruiting needs of the region.
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition
understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
communication and interpersonal skills
to work independently and as part of a team
in GSuite and management of robust ATS systems and recruitment trackers
of employment laws and regulations
