team members to spearhead this next growth phase.

We are
40+ business & ops specialists, software engineers, and emergency
dispatchers based in Nairobi and operating throughout Kenya, with plans to
expand rapidly to other countries. We respond to over 700 emergencies every
month. We are a goal-driven, results-oriented team that continuously improves

Responsibilities

As the
Personal Assistant to the CEO’s, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that
our CEOs can focus on driving the company’s growth and strategic vision. Your
exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage information will be
essential in helping the CEOs stay on top of their priorities, minimize
distractions, and make informed decisions.

Coordinate
meetings, appointments, and events to optimize the CEOs time and ensure a
seamless workflow.

Filter
through various sources of information, emails, and internal communication,
highlighting critical action items, questions, and themes that require the
CEOs’ attention.

Collaborate
with the CEOs to understand their goals and priorities, proactively managing
their to-do lists and ensuring that urgent matters receive immediate attention.

Act as a
liaison between the CEOs and various teams within the company, ensuring
effective communication and follow-up on action items from meetings.

Assist in
preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and other documents,
maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Support
during meetings, including taking notes, tracking action items, and following
up on decisions.

Continuously
seek ways to enhance productivity, suggest process improvements and implement
tools that aid organization and efficiency.

Assisting
with ad hoc situations and events that can facilitate CEOs’ focus on work,
including travel plans, logistical support and planning (e.g. dinner, hotel or
event reservations, picking up deliveries or mail, etc.), and other random life
events or tasks that may come up inside or outside of the office context.

Requirements

Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

4+ years
of proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to senior-level
executives, preferably in fast-paced start-ups or high-growth environments.

Exceptional
organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing
priorities effectively.

Strong
attention to detail and an analytical mindset, capable of distilling complex
information into clear and concise summaries.

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams
and build strong working relationships.

Demonstrated
ability to take initiative and anticipate needs, staying one step ahead of the
CEOs’ requirements.

Proficient
in using productivity tools and software to streamline tasks and improve
efficiency.

Understanding
the start-up culture and willingness to adapt to the industry’s dynamic nature.
