For appointment to this
grade, a candidate must have: –
degree (Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration)
from a university recognized in Kenya;
in secretarial studies preferably KNEC from an institution recognized in Kenya;
in both oral and written English and Kiswahili;
interpersonal skills and integrity;
literacy with typing speed of 50wpm;
requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya.
in computer applications;
to work under pressure;
to work independently and in a team;
to multi-task and prioritize work;
ability to implement Quality Management Systems.
