Our client is seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks,
ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing support to the team.


Providing quotations/Receiving, posting, and forwarding
payments accordingly

Data entry on the system, scanning, photocopying, and filing

Receiving and directing guests
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, as well
as dispatching outgoing mail

Running day-to-day errands for the office
Answering the telephone and relaying relevant information
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment
Supervising and maintaining office cleanliness
Assisting in resolving admin-related issues to ensure smooth
running of the day-to-day activities. Handling general insurance matters
and organizing the files


Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with at least
upper-class honors

Minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative role or
similar capacity is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
familiarity with office equipment and systems.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a
keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to
interact effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work
independently as well as part of a team.
