client in the advertising Industry is looking for a skilled Human Resource
Officer who will support the overall HR function. They will work together with
other members of the HR team in the implementation of core HR processes to
ensure overall employee satisfaction and productivity, enhance employee
experience, and promote company citizenship to deliver the organization’s
strategic and operational business excellence.
Work requirements and tasks will be guided by the HR department’s Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP) which are reviewed periodically but will fall
broadly into the following Key
the HR function effectively by delivering speedy service to our internal
customers on a day-to-day basis.
employee data management by ensuring that the company has the correct and
up-to-date data for all employees through accurate file and database
attendance management which includes registering new staff on the biometric
system, updating the HR attendance system accordingly, and generating reports
the preparation of staff contracts and offer letters as well as keeping track
of contract expiry and end of probations.
generation of statutory e-slips every month.
proper management of office facilities.
end-to-end recruitment process which includes assisting Line Managers in
identifying manpower needs, JD development, posting of job advertisements, and
providing support in conducting selection interviews.
Line Managers in ensuring that all new hires are properly inducted and that all
new hires receive the needed information and resources for a smooth transition
into their new roles.

the delivery of offer letters, contracts, probation confirmations, and change
