General Maintenance Officer Job in Kenya

Duties &
Responsibilities

Conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility
equipment and property structures.

Ensure the plumbing system performs at optimum functionality.
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify
appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol.

Managing the inventory. ‘
Preparation of bill of materials for works.

Requirements


Bea Kenya citizen.
Be in possession of a minimum grade of KCSE C- or its
equivalent

Diploma in building /Civil engineering and or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suites
