Deliver
in-flight customer service to set standards for customer satisfaction and
loyalty.

Maintain
proper utilization of company property to avoid wastage and misuse.

Implement
health, safety and security standards to ensure compliance within regulatory
requirements and company standards on every flight.

Sell
duty free items to maximize profits.

Resolve
all Opportunities to improve on board and close feedback with the assistant
Flight Purser. 

Deliver
onboard quality customer service according to company set standards to
ensurecustomersatisfactionand loyalty and make recommendations where necessary.


Job
Requirements        

Must
be a Kenyan citizen.

O
or A level academic achievement or equivalent.

Two
(2) years’ experience in the aviation, hospitality, and tourism industry.
customer service environment is desirable with a natural flair for hospitality.

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.

IT
proficient.

Ability
to swim.

Additional
Details        

English
language proficiency.

Foreign
language proficiency and fluency is an added advantage.

Customer
& communication training.

Proficiency
in Microsoft office suite.

Experience
in customer service environment desirable.

Good
knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry and company policies,
procedures, and standards.
